Construction Consultation
Our construction consultant can meet with you to discuss your new property. He will help educate you about your property’s design and construction. Additionally, he can guide you through the process of remodeling or renovating, and help you develop a successful strategy. He can also connect you with quality local tradesmen, builders, and architects to help you take your building project to the next level.

Due to our high volume of home sales, we have negotiated special pricing with many local vendors. More importantly, many of these vendors have worked with us for several years, so we feel confident in their integrity. As such, they are responsive and trustworthy, always putting our clients’ needs before others. There is no markup or other referral fee from any contractor who works with Mona clients; all savings are passed on directly to you.
