Tenant Placement & Leasing
We provide professional marketing and advertising to showcase your property, handle rental applications with thorough tenant screening, and coordinate lease agreements and smooth move-ins—making the entire process seamless and stress-free for landlords.

Ongoing Property Management (if requested)
We conduct routine home inspections every 6 months, collect rent and process payments, manage maintenance, repairs, and tenant requests, handle tenant communication and complaints, and oversee eviction processes when necessary—providing comprehensive support for ongoing property management.

Fees
For tenant placement only, we charge a one-time fee of half a month’s rent, which covers marketing, showings, tenant screening, and lease signing. For ongoing property management (optional), our fee is 6% of the monthly rent. This includes rent collection, tenant communication, coordination of maintenance and repairs, and more.
